Bragança is located in the NE of Portugal and is one of the largest portuguese districts with 1 173,93 km2 and 34 752 inhabitants. It is structured in 49 regions and it shares a border with Spain in the North and East. The village of França is 13 km north of Bragança, following the E. N. 103-7 direction Spain.

From *Orense* (150km): take the Rias Baixas highway, direction
Benavente. Get off the highway in Puebla de Sanabria, direction
Portugal.

From *Zamora* (100km): take the N520a and then N122/E82. After
entering Portugal get the IP4 direction Bragança. When arriving at
Bragança, get off the IP4 in "Portelo - Sanábria" and take the direction
to Spain.
