Reservations

Reservations are confirmed after payment is validated. The minimum stay is two nights. The prices shown on the website are final and include taxes at the current rate. For cancellations use our email or phone.

For reservations, there is a single refundable rate with the following cancellation conditions:

• It is possible to cancel the reservation with the right to a full refund up to 7 days before Check In;
• It is possible to cancel the reservation from 6 to 3 days before Check In with a partial refund of 80% of the amount paid.
• In case the guest does not show up for Check In, no refund will be processed.

The customer can change the booking date, free of charge, up to 7 days before Check In and subject to availability.

In cases of force majeure, we may cancel the reservation, with the full payment being refunded and, as such, communicated to the customer. Our official website is http://casadefranca.netureza.pt and our official contacts are the ones that appear there disclosed. Reservations are limited to occupancy capacity.

Occupation and Use

Check In is from 12:00 and Check Out is until 12:00 (it is mandatory to return the key and other equipment entrusted to you).

All guests have free access to the private car park (with no cover and limited to capacity). We are not responsible for objects inside the vehicle or for damages that may appear on them.

Each room can accommodate two people only. Guests are not allowed to stay overnight. As we cannot guarantee 100% the safety and permanence of the animals in the entire enclosure, it is not allowed access to animals. For exceptional situations such as guide dogs, please contact us.

The customer is responsible for the cleanliness and good condition of the furniture, clothing, and other equipment. Access to or stay on the premises may be refused due to cases that affect their normal functioning, such as such as: a) refusal to comply with the rules; Host unregistered third parties; Improper civic conduct or are in a visibly altered state of drunkenness or otherwise.

Amenities

The house makes available to guests:

• Kitchen equipment (stove, microwave oven, washing machine, crockery and cutlery)
• Bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels, coffee machine.
• Free access to the grill
• Free Games Room Activities: Table Tennis, Table Football, Snooker, Cards, Chess, Checkers and Dominoes
• Free access to mountain bikes
• Free parking on site

It is not allowed: a) to cross barriers or fences that delimit the area of ​​the enterprise; b) damage or remove vegetation elements; c) hang or install any type of object or system without prior authorization; d) smoke inside the house; Casa da Aldeia de França disclaims any liability for accidents or damage resulting from behavior and negligent or dangerous uses and rejects any responsibility for the custody and condition of objects or valuables belonging to guests. Any breakdown in the installation of the enterprise or any accident of a personal or material nature resulting from the bad condition of the material brought, or misuse, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Prices

Prices are those shown on the respective page of our website. Parking in the private car park is free for all guests, limited to its capacity.
